Who is Tripdentis?
We’re a treatment-facilitation service for UK patients: we organise the plan, the trip and the aftercare around treatment at our partner clinic in Bucharest. We don’t provide the dental care ourselves, and we think being straight about that is the whole point.
What we do
One point of contact, from first message to final smile
Travelling abroad for dental work throws up a lot of practical questions. Our job is to take those off your plate, so the only thing you have to focus on is your treatment.
Your treatment plan
We're your starting point. Send a few photos and any X-rays you have, and our partner clinic's dentists prepare a clear, written treatment plan, completely free and with no obligation. We talk you through it in plain English so you understand exactly what's proposed and what it costs.
The trip
Once you’re happy with your plan, we coordinate the practical side around it: guidance on flights, a hotel near the clinic, airport pick-up and an English-speaking translator for your appointments. You travel; we handle the logistics.
Aftercare coordination
When you’re back home, we stay your point of contact in the UK. If you have a question, or if something ever needs checking or adjusting under your guarantee, we help you sort it out with the clinic rather than leaving you to chase it alone.
How the partner-clinic model works
Why we say “our partner clinic”, and name it with your plan
We work with a single, carefully chosen dental clinic in Bucharest, not a rotating list. On this website we refer to it as “our partner clinic” rather than naming it up front. That isn’t evasiveness; it’s how our partner network operates, and we keep to it for consistency.
When you receive your written treatment plan, you also receive the full dossier: the clinic’s name and the CVs of the dentists who would treat you. In other words, everything is on the table before you decide anything. The clinic is named at exactly the moment it matters, alongside a plan and a price you can actually weigh up.
The care itself is delivered by that clinic’s own dentists, under their own clinical responsibility. Tripdentis organises and coordinates; the clinic treats. Keeping that distinction clear is part of being honest with you.
